Madelyn is the first kid of ours to get stitches. Luckily it was only 2. She was hit in the face with a seatbelt. It was
the loudest slap I've ever heard. She gushed blood all down her face, man the head bleeds a lot. Poor kid had to endure a shot, (and so did her parents). She was a tough kid and held really still. She's already tired of everyone asking what happened, she doesn't get how cool it is.

Wow! You've gone this long without stitches? :) Our #2 has been our ER child - starting with stitches when she was 2. Fun times. BTW, we chose the same blog background. Way to have good taste. :) Your kids sure are cute.
Ouch!
I am sorry Madeline! Stitches are no fun! It's amazing that your family has gone this long with them when you think about it.
That looks like it hurts...poor Madeline....good job being brave and tough though!! Watch out for those seatbelts...yikes.
